Huntsman Advanced Materials
Bob is a Senior Technical Service Engineer at Huntsman Advanced Materials with more than 25 years of experience in the composites industry. He is responsible for introducing new resin systems and optimizing existing systems for the Transportation and Industrial composites markets. Bob holds a patent for manufacture of light weight composite steering wheels by the HPRTM process and is also involved in composite molding process modification and optimization at Huntsman.
Prior to joining Huntsman Advanced Materials, Bob worked at Shell Chemical Company and Hexion Inc. where he held several positions; Team Leader for automotive injection molding applications for a thermoplastic polyketone resin, Project Engineer developing the RTM process to mold composite aerospace parts, and Senior Research Engineer developing and commercializing epoxy resin systems for wind turbine blades, automotive and industrial applications.
